Trust Center Updates
Soda completes its latest SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 examinations
We're pleased to share that Soda has completed its annual SOC 2 Type II examination, along with a SOC 3 report, for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Both examinations were performed by independent auditor Sensiba LLP in accordance with the AICPA Trust Services Criteria.
The examinations evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of our controls across three Trust Services Criteria — Security, Availability, and Confidentiality — covering Soda's production systems, cloud infrastructure, and supporting processes.
The independent auditor issued a clean opinion with no exceptions noted across the controls tested.
This reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting customer data and maintaining strong internal controls. The SOC 3 report is publicly available and can be shared without a non-disclosure agreement; the full SOC 2 Type II report is available to customers and prospects under NDA on request.
